Germain HVAC is an HVAC and plumbing company located in beautiful Oakland, Maryland. We provide service for Garrett and Allegany counties in Maryland and Preston, Mineral and Tucker counties in West Virginia. Whether you are looking to upgrade your aging equipment, require seasonal maintenance, have an emergency service request, or are building a new home, we are your people! 

We also have commercial maintenance contracts available as well as references for new commercial design and installation. We have over ten technicians out in the field, many of whom have decades of experience in their respective trades. 

There is no doubt we have the most skilled tradesmen and tradeswomen in our area. We provide training to our technicians and installers so that we stay up to date in this ever changing industry.
